Young person: My various UASC young people who have been aged assessed by K and C have individually shared with me that they liked both K and C - they described them both as kind – they independently commented also that they did not find their Age Assessment to be as daunting as they thought – That K and C put them at ease.

As the UC S/W lead for a local authority and over the past 8 months I have worked closely with both K and C- I have found them both to be approachable, professional and very thorough- Ensuring they have received all documentation beforehand- Age Assessment reports that have been completed are thorough and well balanced- Age Assessment reports and Proformas reports have been received in a timely manner, with no delay or drift- or having to be chased-I have observed K and C being very kind when meeting the UASC young people , very thoughtful and sensitive when they have fed back to me about my young people-My UASC young people have spoken about being put ease during their age assessments and not feeling pressurised-- Following the age assessment K and C meet with the young people online to deliver and explain their outcomes and the reasons why they have come to that decision-I would and have recommend K@C to colleagues and organisations for the reasons as stated-
